A member of our clinical care team will contact you approximately 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to help set-up the visit with your provider. If your provider is running slightly behind schedule, do not be alarmed, you can expect a team member to be in contact with you as soon as they are prepared for your visit. Often times, our patients have several health questions pertaining to our current health landscape and we attempt to address all needs during these visit times.
Once the provider is finished with their previous visit, they will join your call.
