Dr. Charles Brownlow attended Wake Forest Medica School in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. His internship was in general surgery and his residency in anesthesia with an emphasis in pain management.
Dr. Brownlow was the proud recipent of a Naval scholarship while he attended medical school/residency and was vice-president of his medical school class. Dr. Brownlow was the also the receipent of two NIH research grants as a medical student and he was awared top resarch honors in North Carolina as an anesthesia resident.
Dr. Brownlow is the past president of the Georgia Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and the Greater Atlanta Pain Society, as well as a member of the AMA. Dr. Brownlow has been a speaker for numerous pharmaceutical and medical equipment companies. His practice, Georgia Pain and Spine has won several awards with the Newnan Chamber of Commerce and has been recognized as a center for excellence not only for Newnan, but the entire Atlanta region.
