Amanda Weathers, MSN, FNP-C, began her career in the medical field as a registered nurse after graduating from Southern Union State Community College in Opelika, AL with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). She has a wide range of nursing experience combining medical-surgical, telemetry, home health, long-term care, and hospice care as well as several years of nursing management experience. Amanda is a dean’s list graduate from Chamberlain College of Nursing, where she earned both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
Through her past positions, Amanda has gained a reputation for her dedication and commitment to providing exceptional care. Amanda has a passion for helping those who suffer from chronic pain and values a patient-centered approach to healthcare. She is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Sigma Theta Tau and is BLS and ACLS certified.
